All collected money will be donated to tetepare.org by the end of the summer. It is a beautiful project of one of her friends who has a personal connection to some of the residents. Tetepare is the last uninhabited Solomon Island in the Pacific Ocean. It‘s beauty needs to be protected from people constantly cutting down their forests, destroying their land and fields and taking away vital shelter of animals living there.

Every Saturday at 10am CEST a different teacher will guide you through juicy vinyasa classes, sweaty power flows or releasing yin classes. Tghe location is always TOP SECRET and will be only revealed 24h before event start.

Today I had the chance to walk 7 amazing yogis through one of my strong flows. I love teaching in nature. You can feel the wind in your hair, the sun kissing your skin and birds chirping in the trees.
